How do I pay for my locker?
When you register for a locker there will be a link at the end of registration and sent in an email. That will take you to a payment portal, accompanied with your order id will allow you to pay from anywhere. We can also accept cash or card payments onsite.
Does an unpaid reservation still hold my spot?
An unpaid reservation will be subject to cancellation following 24 hours after initial reservation. In the event of high reservation volume this time frame may be shortened to accommodate onsite rentals.
What if I received a free locker after paying?
Receiving a free locker would be in addition to your paid locker and not entitle you to a refund.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
Locker transfers are acceptable if both parties are present to pass ownership/reservation. However the Renter on file is responsible for lost key fees and damages in the event of any issues.
How big are the Lockers?
Lockers are 3ft tall and 15 inches wide and deep.
Do I need my own lock?
Pop-Up Lockers provides all locks and keys for rentals.
What happens If I lose my key?
We have a lost key fee of $5 to replace the key/lock, to prevent losing your key, we suggest clipping it to your lanyard with your badge.
What if you run out of lockers?
In the event we run out of lockers we have a “coat check” style service we may implement to service more attendees.
Do I return the Lock as well?
No you leave the lock on the locker and return only the key to the desk.
What are locker hours of use?
Depending on show hours and location Lockers will be accessible while the doors are open.
When is my key due back by?
For single day rentals we request your key be returned by the end of programming for the day. Conventions with events that run overnight, we ask keys be returned before you leave after that event.
For multi-day or weekend rentals the same applies for your final day.
What are prohibited items?
Lockers are for storage of personal items and subject to local laws and venue guidelines. and reserves the right to refuse storage for any item.
What happens if I don’t retrieve all my property before close of business?
All leftover property will be turned into Convention staff and their Lost and found.
How are the Lockers Cleaned?
Lockers get sprayed and wiped down between shows.
How do I get a refund?
Under normal conditions we don’t offer refunds, in the event of convention cancellation we will roll your reservation over to another event or the rescheduled date for your event.
In the event of service hour changes, there will not be a refund offered as this is set by the event and out of our control. We will operate 100% of serviceable hours.
What is CoatCheck+
CoatCheck+ is a valet style coat check for all your storage needs. A member of staff will take your items into our secure area for you and retrieve them for you when you return. Feel free to come and go as you please. CoatCheck+ is not available at all events and subject to availability. We typically use CoatCheck+ when all physical lockers have been reserved for the event.
